Claudia Filsinger

Claudia is an associate consultant and facilitator at Sundial Consulting.

She has been working for over 15 years with sales leaders in the IT industry as a highly effective coach, consultant and facilitator. This included managing and delivering sales and sales leadership programmes in EMEA at ORACLE. Further, working as an internal consultant with country sales leaders on all aspects of improving the performance of their teams. More recently she has been focusing on coaching and consultancy with global organisations in a wider range of functions and industries, including IT, Financial Services and Manufacturing. This included the role of Programme Director for a Masters in Leading Sales Transformation.

Claudia started her career in international sales and business development in the IT and media industries, both in Germany and the UK. Her areas of special expertise are virtual team management and diversity, which she developed during her own career, through working with complex global organisations and by undertaking research.

Claudia’s portfolio includes part-time lecturing in coaching, business and management at Oxford Brookes University Business School. She also supervises coaches and regularly writes on emerging coaching topics.
