Bill Best

Bill is a Consultant with Sundial Consulting, helping organisations improve performance through executive assessment and coaching and leadership and team development.

He has over 30 years consulting experience in this field and has worked extensively with a range of FTSE and Fortune 100 companies as well as charitable and voluntary organisations.

Previously in his career, Bill held senior roles in two consulting firms:

Advanced Personnel Technology Limited, and Personnel Decisions International. In both he sold, designed and delivered assessment and coaching services at the most senior level. In the latter he was the European Head of the Teamwise™ practice.

Bill has worked with individuals in all functions in organisations including sales and marketing, operations and IT, he has wide industry experience covering Hi-Tech, Energy, Retail and Banking.

He is co-author of the book Executive Coaching – Exploding the Myths.
